In July, I ordered a personalized banner for my father-in-law's 70th birthday. It was getting close to the date and I noticed that it hadn't come but they had charged my card $135.00. I went to the website and clicked on the "Contact Us" link and left a message. You can put your order number in to see the status in also and it said (and still says 3 months later) "in process". Although the website promises to get back to you 24 hours after you contact them, I never received anything back for them. So I went back to look for a phone number. Surprise! No phone number. I went to my bank statement and found the number and began calling. They have never answered (I've been calling for 3 months) and most of the time the answering machine is full. When it isn't full, I always leave a message and have never gotten anything back. I even said that if they didn't return my card the money, I was going to file a police report. And needless to say, I never received a banner. Still nothing... But I still keep trying. Maybe one day they will answer that phone.
