I placed an order on April 6 and my credit card charged on April 10 for the price of 3 movies for my son which totalled $24.18.
I have sent numerous emails asking about my order and told they were shipped already. The 1st inquiry I was told they were out of stock. Then another message back in stock and shipped.
Now I have contacted again in the past few days and told the person writing (no name of course) just purchased the company and has no information regarding my order and asked what it is I had ordered. I found it suspect since if you were to purchase a company from anyone, one would think you would have a list of customers orders. Wouldn't you?
Needless to say I have not heard back and now the site is showing it is closed for maintenance. Took the money and ran type of maintenance apparently!
