BACI Management is expert at selling tickets to events. Then, they are "unfortunately forced to cancel them" for various reasons. I bought season tickets to the "Broadway at the Warner" series; others I have seen at the internet bought tickets to other events around DC, Baltimore, and Richmond.
The end result is the same: BACI requires patrons to send their unsused tickets back for refunds, but the refunds never come! After sending tickets back to them, and calling them week after week (and being promised I would receive my check "by next week", and then "by the end of the month"), BACI stopped answering the phone completely.
I finally contacted my credit card company and was issued a credit for my tickets.in the mean time, BACI had use of almost $1000 of my money for six months! Even if they were to return all of the money paid to all subscribers, they would still have made thousands of dollars in "interest free loans" at the expense of patrons who prepaid for tickets to shows that were never produced!
Theatre lovers: Beware of any production offered by BACI Management. This company is great at producing only one thing — a song and dance!
