On 11/22/06 I requested, like a Holiday present, one group of Voltron DVD. On 11/27/06 my card was billed $124.99 for that collection.By today, 2/3/07, I still have not received the DVDs.
I've delivered many e-mail without any reaction. I attempted to get hold of the organization that prepared by card and maynot get ahold of these.
I actually attempted to get hold of the Greater Business Office, but since I have do not have an address for that organization, these were not able to assist.
