1200s.com, did not send the item I purchased, and they didn't cancel or reimburse my account...
I ordered a Vestax PCV Replacement Crossfader for my mixer on the internet at 1200s.com and the only email I received was an automated message acknowledging a successful initial process of my order from them and they gave me an order number.
Then I emailed them checking my order status and I got no response, I emailed them three times after that and still no response, I then called them and left a message on there answering machine to call me back regarding my order status and they hadn't responded to that either, Then I emailed them twice to cancel and reimburse my order and they still hadn't responded nor cancelled my order and reimburse my money to my account.
I called my bank about it and they are still researching it but I don't think that they're gonna fix this problem because it's been awhile already, it has been about 2 months already. This website business that is still up is a rip-off, fraud and scamed me for my money.
