They are a ripoff and someone should file class action lawsuit

If anyone knows a good lawyer, the owner Curtis Gebers should have a lawsuit on his hands. The reciept I have from the company says tickets 100 percent guaranteed and on time delivery guarateed. Apparently that does NOT mean anything!
