Scam artists, fraud, doesn't deliver, should be sued

I was totally scammed and lied to about the tickets I bought.
I was told a certain section and seating row.
I was sent tickets that were in the 'nose-bleed' section and paid top dollar.
I did not use the tickets and notified the company the minute I read my email.
They said 'too bad'.

This company should have a Class Action lawsuit against it. Why hasn't anyone done this?

Beware!!!
