I have done some research on this guy. I looked up his domain registration info. His personal email is:

I emailed him as someone else and heard back, so i know he replies to this address.
I went furthur and found 2 Curtis Gebers in Las Vegas. One is 48 and the other 25. Not sure which address and phone # this one is for, but it is worth trying to call to find out.
