Ripoff stole money no refund bad service run around

Signed up with Intelliflix Jan 05. Because of immediate long delays I decided to cancel and complied with their cancellation policy. I submitted my cancellation 1/31/06 and received confirmation that my request was being forwarded to the processing department for a refund. After 2 months of waiting for a chargeback to my account I e-mailed them for a status. They e-mailed back the next day stating it will be 2-3 days to reply. I waited over a week and sent them another e-mail. I also filed a complaint with the BBB.intelliflix emailed me again the next day stating it would be another 2-3 days for a reply. I called my Credit Card company and they directed me to file a dispute. After not hearing from Intelliflix again for over 2 weeks I sent them another e-mail. They replied stating this time that they have processed my request to concerned department and that I will be Informed at the earliest. I paid for an annual membership and I feel that the $187.62 I paid is lost. Although my credit card company asked that I submit a dispute in writing, I have neither the time, patience or tolerance to pursue that avenue.in dealing with any services in the future, I will be checking them first at the Better Business Bureau before making any decisions. Good luck to those that continue the fight.
