Despite refusing to accept an offer of 'free services' I began to receive a charge of $9 to the credit card number used to purchase tickets from Ticketmaster. Ticket master clearly supports this process and in fact forces the purchaser to see/respond to the offer with both double negative requests (click no to accept) and hidden or confusing disclaimers... All in all this is a practice designed to decieve consumers and action needs to be taken by anyone fooled into being charged without receeving anything of value in return.
