Due to several serious illnesses this past year and very high medical expenses, I was unable to fulfill my year obligation to purchase all the DVD'd I was supposed to purchase and I sent several emails begging for a six month extention so I could finally fulfill my obligation to Columbia House and they were quick to turn me down saying that I had a year already. No matter how many times I pleaded with them they would not reply to any more of my emails or pleas to them. Apparently they have no compassion for anyone at all only the money they seem to demand and now they say I have to pay them over $80.00 to pay off my obligation and after all my medical expenses that's impossible right now too and they have my debit card number so they will take it out without any further delay. How's that for a trust worthy company?
I pray that no one else will fall victim to this rip off company who would rather see your money than give you an extended 6 months due to serious illness that was out of my control. Beware, beware, beware of this company!
