Columbia House Record Club keeps sending me a bill saying I need to purchase 3 more CD's from them to fulfill my contract with them.
I have already purchased the required number of CD's, and ask for my account to be canceled, and they keep sending me bills saying I need to purchase 3 more CD's in order to fulfill my contract with them.
I don't owe them anything; I have purchased the required amount of CD's. They refuse to close my account, demanding I buy 3 more CD's. Please help, as I have fulfilled my obligation to them. I tried several times to call and can't get hold of a real live human being. Their anwsering service does not permit you to leave a message, or talk with a representative.
