I had placed an order with this company, on 2/1.
It was for a video, Girls Gone Wild On Campus. There was a second video offered at no extra cost.
The free video arrived apx. 2 weeks ago.
The other has not.
Sending an e-mail to ask them as to the ststus or my order, I get a reply to call costomer service.
A long distance call, of course. What is wrong with doing ALL the business over the web?
Sounds like a runaround is instore for me.
