OK, we all know by now they send you the directors selection every month unless you fill out the card and mail it back or use the web site, but heres the NEW SCAM:
If you call in or use the web site to pay your bill, they start charging you montly for the directors selections without approval... It just shows up on your bill. If you call they say you have your account set up that way... Seems funny it never did it before I paid a bill with my credit card.
