Ripoff of merchandise I purchased on Ebay

I purchased an item on Ebay, Item #6373090647 - Star Trek - The Complete Fifth Season DVD.

I made payment through PayPal for the total amount of $67.39.

Item has not been received. No refund has been given.

I have received several e-mails from other Ebay buyers stating that they too have been ripped off.

My PayPal payment was originally sent to [email protected].
Payment was rerouted to [email protected].

I have sent an e-mail to [email protected] and have received no response.

I sent an e-mail to [email protected] requesting when my DVD would be sent out. She asked what DVD? On the e-mail sent from her, the e-mail return address was gracewang1999, not jessica5857
.
I also sent an e-mail to [email protected] requesting my money be returned since the money went to her e-mail address originally.
