I was told about one program and agreed to that one (movie passes) then informed of two others which I declined. Within that week a deduction of $3.95 (authorized) was drawn on my account along with $119.90 which was NOT authorized.
When I contacted the company to request the $119.90 be returned to my account, I was told by a floor supervisor that I would receive a form (which they could not fax because that is not normal procedure) by mail to authorize Buyers Union to return my funds (by check mind you) to me.
