I don't know how this company got my bank details but somehow they got them and continued to take money from my account for 18 months - unfortunately it was an old account (in Germany and I now live in Italy) which I didn't check because I didn't use it so I had no reason to check it! In the end I found out about the transactions because the German bank sent me a letter to tell me my account was overdrawn. I had left it with around 800 euros in and it was now more than 100 eur overdrawn! I realised what had happened and tried to log into flix247 - I was unable to because I didn't have a password (being unaware of even having an account with them!! ) so I emailed them to change the password and it was denied! I have contacted them and they told me they cannot issue refunds, they can only offer a 'service extension'. Why would I want to extend a service which I never wanted in the fist place and have never once used!!??
