Showed up almost 2 hours late the first day. Didn't bring trash bags, and disposed of trash in my trash can. (Most businesses carry it away and dispose of it elsewhere. Unprofessional, non english speaking. Disrespect my house and me. Track in dirty, no booties or tarps the first day and when I asked them to wear booties the second day due to the dirt and debris they were tracking in due to many trips outside, the became insensed. Stood in our brand new walk in tub, which has not been used yet, with dirty tennis shoes. Continually left doors open from house to garage with furnace on and did not turn lights out when they left a room. We now have flies in the house. Barked orders at me as well as their workers. Told me I had substandard electricity when their malfunctioning equipment blew fuses (we have never blown a fuse.) Told me I had to stop doing laundry so their malfunctioning equipment would run, which it didn't anyway. When I asked for a different crew after the first day, I was told that the crew who started the job had to finish it, even though they have several crews. I wish I had attempted to paint myself, as there would not have been such a mess in my house requiring continuous cleaning to keep from having dirt and debris tracked from room to room. They will not be hanging the wall paper after the fiasco of paper removal and painting. They asked if they could clean paint brushes with the outside faucet, and then sneaked into the laundry room and used my laundry sink which had just been fixed by the plumber and cleaned. Bathroom floors that I had just cleaned now have paper and debris which I will have to deal with again in the same week. Supervisor and bid person do not seem concerned enough to send a respectful crew. We were told this was their best crew. I don't ever want to see the other crews. Demanded to store ladders and tarps in my garage instead of taking them with them each day as other repair people do. When I told them they needed to turn off lights and close the door to the garage from the house, I was told he had to leave it open to take ladders and things in and out and need to leave it open. This is not a barn, it is my house. I am living out of boxes for 3 days because both bathrooms are torn up at the same time.
