I talked to a lady today from Green Tree and she wanted to know when we would be out of our home. We are 45 days late. We have both been in the hospital, as I explained, my husband had open heart surgery and I had a total shoulder replacement. It seems to me that it would cost less for the company to reduce our payment for a few months, but no, he said they would be here next week to get our home. We have a home on a foundation and she said they would take it. What a waste of money, we owe 194,000 on this home and it is going to cost them a lot to get this done. Why can't they just work with us. Does not make any scense to me.
