Rented a property from CCR (771 Progress Dr, Fountain, CO). At one point, our refrigerator became in-operable. We put in a work order immediately, and the appliance was not replaced for two weeks. When it came time to move, I elected to move my family out 3 days before we were required to. I informed the property manager that the house would PROBABLY be vacant earlier. On the day I was actually driving away, while I was loading my car, the future tenant (had just signed new lease) showed up asking what time specifically I would be gone - because he was told he could move in on that very day. I called the property manager, because I felt this was very unprofessional, and wanted it noted that if the next tenant moves in on the same day - that I do not want to be charged for carpet cleaning, as it would not have had time to occur. Legally, they have 60 days to return the security deposit, but I was assured it would be sent to me in less than 30 days. I called several times inquiring, and was dodged by the bookkeeper. After approximately 2 weeks of calling every other day, I got an answer that it had not been sent out (this was on day 55 since move out). I was also told that we were getting back $770 from 1100, due to carpet and property cleaning. I left the house immaculate (much, much better than the state it was in when I moved in), and we had steamcleaned the carpets the day prior. This company has internal drama that several employees have stressed on the phone, with the accountant and the property manager not getting along. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
