Proper notice was not given before you broke into my home. I received a letter on Thursday, February 9 that I did not qualify for a loan modification after being late for 1 month on my mortgage and by Sunday morning someone had broken into my home and left it in disarray. The locks were changed and some doors were left open. The letter on the door stated that a company I had never heard of owned my home. I have not received a letter giving me notice to move out of my home or informing me of an action date. Over the phone I was told that I at least had until the end of March.
