I have been an ideal client with Citi for ten years. NEVER late on the cost. Dropped my work this past year, today producing half what I had been, and mortgage cost a significant battle. Efforts to refinance delivered me back again to Citi, who keeps jumping me around in one division to another, stating "we can not allow you to". The final one stated "you are able to spend to purchase along your rate of interest" which seemed just like a fraud for somebody by having an 800 credit rating.
