Will not return escrow money

We'd an agent, Anther Strand, who'd our residence up for short-sale. We achieved with Anthea and closed a deal available of the property. The customer about the agreement was Consider 2 Enterprises. The mortgage company. Was asking $20000.00. The customer didn't wish to spend that much. Anther mentioned if we'd provide her a cashiers look for $3500.00 created out to Bill O'Toole to become place in a escrow account to become utilized included in price. The customer Randy Baker with Consider 2 Businesses back from purchasing. How do we get our money back in the escrow account. We realize that Bill O'Toole and Randy Baker are under analysis by your office. We talked with Baker onetime, then he had his telephone # disconnected. We can not locate O'Toole and Anthea Strand won't assist people whatsoever.
