This Richie Rizzo guy is the most dishonest thing I have ever dealt with. He lies through his teeth. After Going through what people have already written on other sites (wish I saw them earlier) He ordered the wrong fence and when I called his stupid son on it, his son said it was Eastern Fences fault. Then Richie avoided my calls for 11 days until he realized I placed a stop payment on the check I wrote. He came to my home unwanted and broke the fence. I called the New Windsor Police and he had the nerve to tell them that he broke it by accident but he will fix it for more money. I am in the process of contacting every consumer complaint company there is to warn good people to NOT do business with RICHIES FENCE CO IN MIDDLETOWN NY. I know I will win Small Claims since I have a mound of evidence against him plus two testimonies of former customers of his (neighbor and friend of mother who will go to court with me luckily) Save yourself time and money and GO ELSEWHERE!
