Attended a Home Show in Reno where I was in the market for some wood flooring for my home. There were a few booths there and this was the only booth that did not have any kind of referral list to take my information or set up an in home free estimate. They handed me a brochure that goes on and on to talk about how great they are and how much they care about their customers, but when I called them the owner Dennis was not willing to come to my home untill I came to his store... Every other company I talked to was more than happy to come out and take measurements and even leave me with a variety of samples to consider. The fact that they are not willign to go the extra mile or make any effort at all to get my business has cost them a customer indeed.
