My wife and I have been working with Chase with a loan modification only for it to be taking at least 78 days from start until now. The best part is that we still haven't received the funds that we had signed back in October. It is now 2012. It was just a simple loan mod on a rental property that required us to do loan docs at least 3 times throughout the process. Real good business practice.
