My wife and I had contacted another company to do some carpet for us. They farmed out the installation to another company when they called back with a quote they about doubled the amount of carpet needed for the job. They did come back with a lower quote but not being happy contacted Empire. We got a call bakc that day and a Mr Todd Rideman set up to meet with us the following day. He came in and helped us to pick out the bets carpet that met our needs. He gave us a very good quote right on with what I had expected from the other company. Part of theri pricing invoilves installation for next day which was not going to work for us. Todd was able to get us the same pricing with installation 10 days later. The install went perfectly and Todd called us the next day to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Coming from a customer service background myself. Todd got an A in my book and if he treats other customers the same which i have no doubt he does Empire is very fortunate to have someone like Todd promoting and selling their products.
