My experience with using Empire Today was a positive one. The sales consultant, Todd Rideman, arrived promptly with commercial samples for carpeting an office apartment. He provided me with information regarding installation, etc., and all went just as promised. The installers were thorough and did a great clean-up after the job was completed.
