The vendor promises to truly have a mortgage about the home. WITHOUT ANY COs? AND DID NOT UNDERSTAND!

The vendor guaranteed us they might obtain the COs and wouldn't allow me to back from the offer.in March Bill Lemaire advised us the home today requires a difference and may consider one more 3 months. Nevertheless no present in the vendor to stay and I would like to access it with my entire life.
