My first thing to say is my pool is easier to maintain since a friend suggested I use Leslie's Pool Supply. The personnel has always been very helpful until now. On March 14 I ordered a solar blanket for my inground pool. The lady said it would be in on Friday. Last Wednesday I returned to you store and was again told Friday. Today I saved my gas and called. I talked to the same lady as last week. She said it would be in on Friday. My responce was "You said it was on the truck last week and it would be in on Friday." Her responce was "Next Friday." My comment was "Well, If it's not in on Friday, I will be in your store for a refund." HER ANSWER "OK". If this lady is in your store when I return I will find another store to spend my money at. I am only one customer but how mnay more feel as I do?
