This company needs to train the office staff on how to talk to their clients. For example, I tried to get important information concerning the rental which was not submitted to my bank and and the receptionist (Patti) was extremely rude. This is not acceptable and frustrating because I still do not have an answer and no one could tell me who the person to contact.
