First of all, the receptionist said that before any dental work can be done, she has to call my insurance to check if there are enough funds and if I am eligible. Every time I visited the office I was told that I have enough funds, but I will need to pay a small portion, which was always paid before I left. So all of a sudden, I get a bill in the mail saying that I owe $1,500, when I had already paid my portions which add up to $526. Also, the staff lied to me about the office being in network with my insurance. Once I was billed a ridiculous amount of money, I called my insurance to see if there is anything that can be done, and my agent stated that DR. Ramai is out of network so negotiating is impossible. I tried working it out with him and the staff, and all I got in return was extremely rude service. The receptionist had a very bad attitude and wouldn't even let me explain the situation so we can try to come to an agreement. I definitely do not recommend this dentist office.
