Dr. Wallace has the most incompetent plastic surgery office. His office staff is extremely rude. To top it off they all seem dangerously unintelligent. With many choices for plastic surgeons in the Dallas area, he should be avoided at all costs. His office could never correctly bill me. My insurance company even stated that they had never worked with an office so unprofessional.
