Bad business! RiteWay Mortgages is a subsidiary of Manhatten Financial Group. They approved me quickly for a small loan and promised to close escrow within 30 days. I am now past 60 days, after several extension requests with the seller, and now am getting penalized a $500 per diem. I, along with the seller and realtors, have lost a lot of time and money on the deal due to their lack of competency and communication. They are unorganized, unresponsive and unprofessional. Run don't walk away from this company!
