Insurance Fraud

Suntrust mortgage will not remove the escrow account. I've provided proof of home owners insurance and they now state I'm 2 months behind, when I've made each and every payment. This company is a fraud, their customers service stinks. I'm going to contact a lawyer and fight them in court. Do NOT get your mortgage from Suntrust.
