I purchased my air conditioning system from them 2 years ago and also purchased a service plan so they would come out to check on the system once a year for a tune up and whenever there was a problem. I have been waiting for 5 days now for them to come out and fix my heat. It has been cold in the house and they don't even call me back. All I get when I speak to them is, "oh, my guy is busy, I'll call you right back and will try to get him over there today..." They NEVER call me back! I'm always the one calling them and getting the same run around.
