I had hired this company to install inside tiling in my basement. With my experience, they told me that they would put up plastic to protect my property since I live in my basement and that the doors would be secure from entering and leaving the house, since I had 4 dogs at the time and trying to prevent them from leaving the house. The plastic was never put up and all of my propery was covered in caked on dust, that was extreme had to remove and an outside cleaning service was called in for the proper cleaning products. When I had come home, I found that the doors open - when I was home, they wouldn't even think about closing the doors behind. My sheet rock was ruined from the water and cement that was splashed on it and holes were also incured. Then, my shelving was torn apart so that they could use it the brace my sump pump without my consent and knowledge when they should have used their our materials. The main water line was cut through by them and a nice muddy mess was left and my squeegy was taken. The main water line was still leaky and still needed to be repaired and then they took it upon themselves to enter my house without my knowledge with dogs in the house when they were to call me to let them in. I had also found out that they had used less than quality material and was charged ALOT more than another company I had hired for the other side. Lucky I had a wonderful experience with the other company and they were cheaper and even included moving and making a new sump pit. Amazing what happened when I went with a honest company that took 2 days instead of 5.
