I called ServPro of Sunrise in Broward County out to my home because I found mold behind the tiles of my shower. My wife and I have a family with two young children and was very concerned for our health and well being. He took the time to explain to me what to have my contractor do to ensure that all of the mold was removed and killed and which materials should be used upon remodeling. There was no fee charged for the house call on a Sunday! It is reassuring to know that there are businesses that operate in the best interest of the people they service, even if it means not coming away with any money.
