In June 1 we sighed a one year rental contract with Premier Property Management. According to the contract, the management was supposed to clean the house, as well as the area around it. This never happened. The walls were dirty, kitchen appliances sticky, and there were 5 feet weeds and trash around the house. There were also quite a few broken items that were never fixed. Per our request the manager of the property, Shane Smith, added the addendum to the contract, indicating that "the resident shall be required to return the yard/landscaping at move-out to the same conditions as move-in. Resident will not be required to improve upon the existing landscaping, only to maintain it."
In spite of the addendum the management withhold $100.00 for the landscaping and refused to refund the money because the weeds at the move-in time were green and at move-out they were yellow. We left the house in excellent condition and it will be only fair to refund us $100.00 by the Property Management.
