Having been a timeshare operator at Sea Beach Team in Virginia Beach, Virginia since I've had only issues in working with the Owners Club. I've been already educated that my 2011 week continues to be forfeited as a result of late-payment of the maintenance charge. I settled the charge and all clerk late charges inside a month to be due and am today being informed that I've dropped the week. I'm completely conscious that my responsibility would be to spend my costs in a regular way but because of fatalities within the household, I had been unable to spend the preservation charge until thirty days following its deadline. I plan to enroll a using the Better Business Office. I'm mindful there are a number of other grievances about that timeshare resort and want to join with others in obtaining the word out. They're an uncaring, unempathetic, and unprofessional number of workers. Their main point here is the fact that they're not there due to their "homeowners". It's just for their comfort and revenue.
