On 5/24/09 Cynthia Casanova was solicited, while touring in the Wyndham, Vegas, to buy extra timeshare details. She mentioned towards the sales rep., Ryan Gonsalves (TSA#33009), that her purpose was to go to France in consequently just how many factors woul she need. He informed her by buying 168,000 points plus 216,000 Reward factors, as aVIP Platinum associate she'd be eligible for 14 days remain in a resort in France for four-plus 4 round-trip airline tickets anytime. Upon this pretext she happily decided in good faith. (it was observed by Cynthia Gliosci, her travelling partner).
In January Ms. Casanova named RCI to verify her concerns. She was informed she just had 7 days established. She subsequently named Wyndham, Vegas and was informed the amount of factors she'd just titled her to at least one week and 1 air travel. The more she contended her stage, the more insolent the repetition. Became. Nothing might be completed.
In March she journeyed to Wyndham, Vegas in wish she might have her issue solved. Again she was informed there is nothing they might do. She was informed "sellers do lay—contact Customer Support. Because she'd gotten nowhere with Customer Support formerly, after spending hours about the telephone together, it was no alternative.
Her dream holiday continues to be destroyed. All she wishes is that which was guaranteed to her. As she's a widow with cancer, attempting to increase a disabled boy, I like a worried dad want to observe her handled pretty with some empathy. Is there any such thing as Custom Fulfillment anymore?
