Feb. 2010 pd Mr Steelmam $3,720.00 dollars to do survey. We asked that the survey show the way our deed reads, and corrections if any. We have two previous surveys that says our deed is correct. He produced a survey that was not what we asked for. From 3 until 3 we called him 8 times. Jan. he came to our house said that he would do as we asked1. Show on survey how are deed reads 2. To make corrections we called Mr. Steelman 2,3, we finally got him to come out and show us how our deed read read, and he marked it with blue paint (No stakes) but did not produce survey on paper that read both ways. He was furious when he left our home (not business like at all) He then billed us $510.00 for the same job that he was pd $3720.00 dollars to do in the first place. We still donot have the survey that we asked for, only blue paint marked on the ground that will wash away.
