The organization I'm having issues with is gorenter.com LLC. It began using their ad using the home they'd outlined on the site, gorenter.com. The record mentioned that you will get 30 days free lease. However it was didn't note to us the 30 days free lease began as we place the deposit along. Before we actually shifted in. Also, the record mentioned the home had all devices.including fridge and machine & dryer. Whenever we shifted inside was none of these. After I named it had been than told me they weren't likely to be supplied. The actual issues were only available in January. I went along on 12/31/10 to pay for my rental statement. Their workplace is roughly a 45 minute travel from our home. After I got there, work was shut. I couldn’t actually consider the lift upstairs to fall the cost within the doorway. And so I went house and determined that I'd lower on 1/1. That we did, and also the workplace was closed up again without any use of the lift. Therefore on 01/4, I received a letter stating I had late charges which totaled $126.28. After I named to challenge the costs I had been recommended they obtained my cost on 1/3 however it wouldn't approach until 01/4. I described my scenario and just how I went along twice to create cost as well as their practices were totally secured. They declined to matter any kind of modification. I talked to some “owner” of the organization and he recommended me he may do a cost arrange for the late charges $40 per month for a few months to pay for it. I decided, that we nevertheless informed him that I needed to challenge the costs. He described that the notice could be sent in my experience, which it never was, detailing the agreement. And so I went online on 2/1 to pay for my statement. And that I discovered they got out the late charges from my deposit. After I named the organization to question-this I had been informed they did that like a courtesy, due to my finances. And so I settled my present statement. I recorded on 3/1 to pay my bill and the fee for the $117 was back on their and a fee for $35 for a registered letter that we never obtained. I named all day long on 3/1 and no one delivered my phone. I had been recommended from the assistant to pay for the statement entirely or I'd be billed late fees again. And so I did. The organization is declining to provide me the credit back of $117. I've experienced customer support for 13 years. I've never been handled such as this from any organization. The reps are impolite, degrading, condescending and simply flat-out unprofessional. Like a customer I'd like justice. I'd like anything done for this organization so they don’t get it done to other people. Attention all tenants... Don't rent from the corporation. Don't make the same mistake i did so.
