Alton Green Apartments (previously Coventry Village) Colorado, CORP was my host to home for 2 decades. Our moment there is good. The flats are usually clear. Preservation is ok - transformation period is extremely inconsistent and also the quality of function can also be sporadic. Our criticism is regarding their move-in and move-out procedures. They managed to get very difficult to plan your final walk-through, so that they needed to finish it themselves, without me. After 3 months of getting transferred out, I get a statement for over $900. They charged me for rug replacement of 1 space (they mightnot determine the spot, and stated the were compelled to displace it), substitutes for that spill pans, alternative of shades (several lost shades they did not repair while I lived there) and elimination of the Satellite meal (which was there before I moved in). I'm currently arguing the costs however they have not been very useful. I have also created a notice towards the boss without any avail. I simply wish to inform everybody to become mindful and careful. Record everything - particularly restore demands and problems when you initially move in. Be as comprehensive as you can inside your move-in/move-out type and consider plenty of pictures. Actually me, who adopted my very own guidance - however got condemned with this specific $900 bill. Don't allow them fraud you. There has been studies they've done this before. You shouldn't be their target.
