They Took my deposit and still have not gotten it back! - laminated floo

I changed my mind 1 day later— after being pushed into a quick close, I sent back my forms express mail, having my return receipt signed a month ago and still have not been issued a check back with my deposit.

My check was cashed after the return receipt was signed!!!
