Poor service

Our mortgage was absorbed by Cenlar when TBW went under. I'm still awaiting them to use a cost from August. I've a paid bill from TBW. Each month I inquire about it with no one appears to be ready to comprehend my issue (because the brokers do not speak Language all that well - sorry - no crime intended - however it may be the reality). I settled my December mortgage that we need to call-in (difficult to achieve by telephone but when you spend online they cost something charge that they subsequently need to return - a discomfort but still takes a telephone call - since this can be a TBW mortgage) and also the Cenlar broker requested about my house insurance. Our insurance professional was notified the moment this change happened and there has been no problems previously together getting my insurance statement. The Cenlar broker stated it had been due in Sept and it is outstanding. This really is a few months later plus they are ultimately allowing me understand they did not obtain a statement? Hi! I talked with somebody in September, March, and November and lastly in Dec somebody informs me they'venot compensated the statement simply because they did not obtain it? I really donot think that. And also the individual couldn't determine what I had been saying to him. They're terrible to cope with, don't have any solutions to any concerns which is now-17 weeks later. I've NEVER got a solution to any issue simply because they have difficulties knowing me about the telephone - when I described not just one of the reps I've spoken to appears to speak English properly. Again, no offense intended, simply talking the reality.
