SunTrust Mortgage organization remains to declare that I don't have property owners insurance. Our insurance provider has supplied evidence and SunTrust Mortgage won't eliminate their escrow account. I have been coping with them over this issue for all weeks. I'll need to keep an attorney and combat them in court. Their customer support is bad, they're certainly looking to get me to cover insurance that I curently have. I have reached out towards the BBB to challenge the problem.
Do not get your mortgage from SunTrust, they're only a ripoff.
