On 5/1/10 we called Total Protect to file a claim that our upstairs air conditioner wasnt working, not cooling any longer. They sent a-team to focus on it, it worked for around one hour. We called back and also to tell them, about 14 days later a team arrived on the scene and done it, it worked for around an hour or so, this is 5-17-10. It had been determined the compressor was out along with a fresh one must be requested. It's today september 6th, we still have now atmosphere. Two boss from whole guard were designed to contact and I would like to understand the standing of the component they've requested today 3 times. No body has named yet. After I called back today 7/6/10 to find out why the supervison who was to call me the evening of 6/30/10 never did, he said he would find out what is going on and call me back today, he hasnt contacted me back. I understand worrying below don't support my scenario any, but perhaps it'll assist somebody buying house warrenty organization not create exactly the same error we've.
