They collected the checks fine, but maintenance was difficult to deal with

I'd RPM Co handle a house of mine during the last year. They gathered the inspections good, but preservation was challenging to cope with. The home was said to be washed for that tenants (we taken care of it), but after speaking using the tenants straight, they stated the home was filthy. I'll claim they discovered excellent tenants, however they dismissed our no pets principle.

Following A tenants move-out within the spring, we got ownership of the home again. Many products were discovered to become damaged (including sprinkler pipes, which we settled RPM to winterize). RPM has since dismissed me on all follow-up problems making me to pay for them outofpocket.

Using The exclusion of poor people follow-up support, these were acceptable. Section of great customer support is the way you follow-up together with your clients, and that I feel their bad follow-up provides a bad position general.
