Attempted Ripoff

Timeshare Market Expert, which shut once the Florida Attorney General examined their conning methods, has evidently delivered alive like a 3-headed beast. On June 15, we obtained a phone from Michael Brown, Timeshare Industry Expert, 305-834-1664, stating our timeshare have been offered and also the name business could be calling us having a deal. All which was required to complete the final, that was planned for July 14, was a cashier's examine from us for $1,987 to protect the closing fees. We'd caught with Timeshare Industry Pro sometime before but had obtained a reimbursement by arguing the cost through our charge card business directly after we discovered of the deceptive techniques, and so I was amazed to listen to from their store, especially since I have understood they'd ceased functioning. We obtained a phone from Steve Wilson of First Name Move, followed closely by a final agreement which seemed to be genuine except it didn't display a company permit quantity for First Name Move, that will be needed by California law. It outlined a customer - Robert Billingsley - and his telephone number and current email address. I looked the phone number and discovered it to be always a Florida mobile phone. I named Mr. Billingsley, an extremely thoughtful Language guy who confirmed his purpose to buy our Gatlinburg, TN Westgate timeshare. I looked First Name Moveis target found about the agreement and discovered it to be always a mail company. I named the mail organization and confirmed that Container 108 did fit in with First Name Move (red flag). I named First Name and requested Mr. Wilson for that firm's enterprise permit quantity along with a real area - that I'd not deliver a check to some drop-box. He explained he was in Vegas, First Nameis headquarters was in San Mateo, California, and also the California tackle was their control centre. He didn't know the info I requested for but might discover and I would like to understand. We informed Wilson we'd modify the agreement to express they might consider the final expenses from the profits of the purchase, in the place of delivering a check, but he explained that may not be achieved (no real surprise). Nearly instantly Mr. Billingsley named requesting me if he'd have the ability to make use of the week this season - another red-flag since I have had responded that issue in a prior discussion. The Chambers of Business and Better Business Bureaus in Ft. Lauderdale, Vegas, and San Mateo had no record for First Name, and an web research resulted in nothing. I named the Sheriff's office in Ft. Lauderdale and spoke having a detective who unearthed that First Name Move lately acquired a company permit, the candidate - a Mr. Esposito - was a recognized fraud artist, and also the tackle about the software was low-existant. Evidently realizing unwillingness on our component, Brown, Wilson, and Billingsley all named us today pressing us to shut the offer. As another check, I advised Wilson that people desired to attend the final and have him to provide us the full time and location. He sputtered that it had been in San Mateo, but he did not understand where (and that's said to be the headquarters). My partner named Billingsley and informed him the offer with Marketplace Expert was a fraud, but when he desired to purchase our Timeshare we'd market it to him straight. We've not noticed something from Billingsley, Wilson, or Brown since that phone. Clearly they're in cahoots. This can be a well thought out plan, and that I wish to alert other individuals who might be approached by this terrible group.
